Application Information

Upon approval you will be required to place a $100 - $250 hold deposit on desired apartment. The hold deposit will be applied toward either first month rent or deposit if a deposit is required. Hold deposit will not be refunded if potential tenant backs out of agreement. We strongly urge all residents to obtain Tenant Homeowners Insurance on personal property. You are not covered by our insurance for any loss. NO PETS ALLOWED!!!! APPLICATION FEE OF $30 IS DUE AT THE TIME YOU SUBMIT THIS APPLICATION AND WILL BE APPLIED TO FIRST MONTH'S RENT IF APPROVED. APPLICATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

Application Agreement

I am aware that I acquire no rights to an apartment until I sign a lease in the form submitted to me, have the utilities transferred, and have paid a full security deposit on the apartment I have selected. The deposit is to be held according to the provisions stated in the lease I hereby give permission to have credit and character information released and verified. This application and the contents, after signing a lease, are considered as part of my lease.
