Application Information

  • Upon approval you will be required to place a $100 - $250 hold deposit on desired apartment. The hold deposit will be applied toward either first month rent or deposit if a deposit is required. Hold deposit will not be refunded if potential tenant backs out of agreement.

    We strongly urge all residents to obtain Tenant Homeowners Insurance on personal property. You are not covered by our insurance for any loss.
